[Bereishit 6:19 says: And from all of the living, from all flesh, pairs of each you shall bring upon the Ark...]
"Rabbi Hoshia said: Even spirits entered the Ark with Noach, as it is written, 'From all of the living' - from those for whom spirits, but not bodies, were created."
